ABOUT ME

Two specialties make me competent and skillful in designing and teaching this program: my passion for, and extensive experience practicing and teaching meditation, and my graduate studies in the fields of developmental and educational psychology.

In addition to the experience and knowledge in these field, I have stayed connected to the young generation and their interests and challenges, through my children, their friends and schools. Also, here in San Francisco Bay Area, being part of two  intentional parenting groups that bring together parenting knowledge and meditation practices, I feel increasingly connected to the issues of the young.
