Letter from the founder

Throughout my elementary and middle school years, teachers rarely encouraged me to reflect upon and express my emotions and thoughts. On the few occasions that they did, the experience was transformative.

 

I have designed the Bubble of Joy curriculum based on my own personal experience of  the transformative power of reflecting upon and guiding my thoughts, beliefs, mindset, and emotions as well as on the latest research in child development.  This curriculum guides students through opportunities for self-reflection and connection, provides tools for emotional regulation, and offers insights into how these practices can benefit them throughout their lives.

I firmly believe that for the health of our children and our future, we need to begin social emotional programs at a young age and continue through high school. Our children are our most precious assets. Let us work together to help them create a happy, fulfilling and successful future.
